We exclusively use ethically sourced 14k and 18k solid gold, sterling silver, and conflict-free precious gemstones and diamonds to ensure lasting quality and brilliance.

We provide a comprehensive sizing guide on our website. Alternatively, you can order a complimentary ring sizer or visit a local jeweler to be professionally measured.
How long does shipping take for handcrafted items?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. However, as many of our pieces are made to order, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for production before dispatch.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and bespoke commissions are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
Yes, every Alder piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidental damage.
