At Alder Fine Jewellery, we want you to treasure your purchase forever. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window for all unworn pieces in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and a Return Authorization form.

  Secure the Item

  Place the jewellery in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping container to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
